Terms & Conditions

  1. Some racking and all molding will require assembly on site.

  2. Wine Cellar Designers Group is not liable for warranty on cooling units. All manufacturers warranties are honored by the specific manufacturer of your product.

  3. Custom wine racking and all doors are built to order and require additional delivery time. All custom wine rack orders, wine cellar doors, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

  4. Authorized return items require a return merchandise authorization number. Any cancellation after a 72-hour grace period are subject to a 25% restocking fee and all shipping charges.

  5. Service calls that result in repairs that cannot be carried out for reasons which are not our fault, in particular because the defect/fault to be repaired has not (re-)occurred during our examination/inspection, spare parts are not available, or the object of repair has been damaged to such extent that the intended repair is not of interest for the Customer any more, the Customer shall receive a partial refund or credit, not to exceed $200.00, towards the cost of a new unit. WCDG is entitled to retain the remaining service fees paid for the cost of services performed up to that point.

  6. Consultant services include inspection of the Customer’s wine cellar. Consultant will thoroughly inspect the wine cellar and make recommendations for updates, if needed.

  7. Consultant fees are a one-time charge. Should Customer purchase products or additional services from Wine Cellar Designers Group, the Consultant fee will be deducted from the cost of additional services.  Any services beyond inspection shall be subject to a separate agreement between the parties and a separate service agreement and schedule of compensation to be paid by Customer for such services.

  8. Upon quote acceptance customer assumes full responsibility for said charges on the quote and agree to honor and abide by the terms of payment. Customer further agrees that they will not dispute payment(s) with their financial institution; so long as the transactions correspond to the amount and payment terms indicated on the accepted quote.

  9. If payment terms indicate a payment schedule, a deposit is required upon order acceptance. All subsequent payments will be automatically charged to the same method of payment used for the deposit.  No prior notification will be provided to the customer unless the amount or payment schedule changes, wherein customer will receive notice from Wine Cellar Designers Group for review and approval prior to the payment being collected.

  10. Quote acceptance remains in effect unless cancelled in writing, and customer agrees to notify the merchant in writing of termination of the authorization at least 15 days prior to a scheduled payment.
